B.C.’s health minister says update on potential fourth COVID-19 dose due Tuesday

VICTORIA – Health and fitness Minister Adrian Dix says the province is planning to deliver an update this Tuesday on likely creating a fourth COVID-19 dose available to vulnerable persons in British Columbia.

The minister says conversations are underway about supplying a 2nd booster shot to clinically susceptible people this kind of as these in lengthy-term care.

Dix informed reporters B.C.’s COVID-19 approach has always been to defend the most vulnerable and act on evidence that is reviewed each day.
